3 buttons that work the same for every service

  • Location: the country you connect to

    Under Location, choose a country where the service works. Some services work only in certain countries. Choose the Fastest tile for calls, games and other uses without a country limit. That tile uses a location close to you. Previous returns the location you used last. The fast VPN page explains how to find the fastest location.

  • Tunnel: traffic that skips the VPN

    The Tunnel button opens Split tunneling. In the Off mode, all traffic of the device goes through the VPN. In the Manual mode, traffic to the domains, IP addresses and subnets you list skips the VPN. On Android, this mode can also exclude whole apps.

  • Fix the problem: a service that does not load

    The Bad connection banner has a Fix the problem button. In the Server unavailable card it opens, try another location first, then the search for a working server.

Do I need to reconnect when I move from one service to another?

No. Choose the country for the next service in the Change Location window. Automatically connect when changing location is ticked after installation. With the box ticked, the app connects to the new location at once. It also reconnects when the VPN is already on. With the box cleared, the new location applies the next time you connect.

What if a service needs a country that is not in the list?

Type the country name into Find location in the Change Location window. An empty result means the app has no location in that country. A location in a neighboring country does not help here. The service sees an address from that other country.

Can I test a service through the VPN before buying a longer plan?

Yes. The trial costs $0.50, includes every location and can be bought once. On our website, the trial is paid by card only.

Who can help if a guide does not solve the problem?

Support 24/7 replies in the chat inside the app. Tap the Support tile under the server card to start the chat. Name the service and describe what happens when you open it.
